After inspections, there may be some requests for information, service records, to repair or request credit based on their findings. Every transaction is different, and we’re here to negotiate to get you where you want to go.
You will need to retain counsel to close the sale of your property. Your attorney will draft the contract, address key legal concerns to protect your interests and hold the deposit in escrow. From here, the buyers will be getting their financing in order and waiting for the municipal and title searches to come in.
8. The Close of Escrow
Getting ready for the big day! Your attorney will schedule with all parties to find an accommodating day to “close”. Leading up to, we’ll do all the coordinating and heavy lifting to ensure that you are prepared and all the final details have been addressed to ensure a smooth close to the transaction. Here on out, it’s high fives and handshakes with an occasional toast to all those involved!
